Wombwell Warriors JFC

Wombwell Warriors currently have 3 junior teams , Under 16's , Under 10's and Under 9's .The Under 16's and Under 10's play in the Charles Rice League and the Under 9's play in the Millenium League .

The Under 9's and 10's currently have 6 players who are trialing at League Clubs which shows what a high standard of football is played at the club .

This season has been a highly successful year for the club .Under 9's have managed the League and Cup Double culminating in an exciting penalty shoot out victory at Oakwell . Terry's lads, the Under 16's, have won the SHFA Under 16's Youth Challenge Cup which is a fantastic achievement and a credit to all involved . They are still involved in other Cup competitions so more success could be on the way . The Under 10's have finished the season on a high with 3 straight wins leaving us to wonder what could have been had there not been the turmoil of losing their Manager mid season . However , all bodes well for the future and hopefully they can add some silverware to the bulging cabinet next season .
